If you have been contacted by someone claiming to represent HAYS in connection with any investment opportunity or project—especially if you have been asked to transfer funds, provide payment, or share private information—we urge you to verify the legitimacy of the individual and the opportunity immediately.

To protect yourself, please call our official main telephone number at (212) 730-4300 and dial Extension 0. Our team will confirm whether the individual you are dealing with and the specific project or opportunity in question are authentic and connected to HAYS.

If you are ever in doubt, please do not forward any funds or personal information until you have spoken directly with us.
