In March 2008 we formed a company called Hays
Capital Group, LLC and registered it in the
State of Wyoming. Due to recent events beyond
our control, we are discontinuing all activities
on behalf of Hays Capital Group, LLC and
dissolving the company. We have recently
discovered information that has caused us to
question the validity of the asset that was to
be provided to the company by third parties. We
have severed all ties with these third parties.
This information came as a shock to us, and
we took this immediate action to protect the
integrity of the Hays name and the investors
that we work with.
Rest assured that these events are unrelated
to HaysVentures LLC and will have no impact on
our ongoing business. |
