In 2010, HaysVentures, created Hays Realty Services to continue Hays' core brokerage business. We view our brokerage business as corporate problem solving, where real estate is the primary medium through which it can assist its clients and investors. Real estate has value only to the extent that it aids a business enterprise to achieve its goals or an investor obtain their investment goals.
