Maintenance Services
The BKR Maintenance process is simple and provides the client with an easy, one stop call center or internet click away to deal with the smallest of issues to the larger, more complex cases that often arise. We provide a two-tier program, on program providing more preventive maintenance coverage than another, depending on the individual client’s needs.
Owner calls our 24/7 toll free call center where our live operator dispatches the case to the project manager on duty, or the client can log onto a password protected website to request service.
- From an initial building review, the BKR project manager is already familiar with the building and will dispatch the appropriate trade.
- There will be a maximum amount of time for response to the call, based on the type of problem that exists at the property.
- Security: Any trade dispatched for whatever reason to your facility will be wearing a uniform with his/her company’s name displayed. They will also have a name tag with detailed identification with their name, employer’s name, phone number and address along with their trade. Each trade that may service your facility will have undergone a background check prior to being dispatched and the names of each approved trade person will be provided to your corporate office.

- All technicians are pre-screened prior to dispatch
- A "Limited Contract Price" program can be created based upon the clients criteria so that all emergency calls to do not exceed a certain amount without additional approval from the client
- Billing is performed either on our website via credit card, or the next day and a detailed bill will be provided to the owner by our billing department
- BKR charges a 10% flat fee for our maintenance service above the maintenance call
- A project manager will be dispatched on an hourly basis for any projects that require a supervised implementation. The hourly project manager hourly rate is always approved prior to assignment and will vary based upon the technical expertise required to coordinate and complete the project
- Detailed site review to bring the facility current after the first year of maintenance
- Formal RFP after the first year for services to reduce costs of future maintenance
