Key Personnel

BKR Management Group Inc. employs a team of experienced professionals who combined, have built over 400 projects ranging from small, one story buildings to high rise office and residential projects.

David O’Brien
Mr. O’Brien is a partner in BKR and manages several project managers and superintends currently employed by BKR Management Group. Mr. O’Brien sees to it that the field operations of BKR are appropriately staffed and managed. Our field operation is the critical component to ensuring that projects are completed within the designated time frame and within the agreed upon budget set out in the pre-construction process.

Additionally, Mr. O’Brien oversees BKR’s estimating department, reviews all job contracts, budgets, schedules, and monitors all of the daily job reports from the project supers. Mr. O’Brien regularly visits each job site. During the pre-construction and construction phase, owner’s deal directly with Mr. O’Brien, who is always available to be reached by our clients. Mr. O’Brien holds a double major Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English: Suma Cum Laude, from Hofstra University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management: Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Phoenix.

Patricia Posillico
Ms. Posillico is a partner in BKR. At BKR, Ms. Posillico’s responsibilities include marketing, scheduling, personnel, and finance. She works with Mr. O’Brien on the “Process Management” of all projects. With a background in mortgage financing and a Master of Arts from the University of Hartford in Corporate Communications, Patricia provides an organizational backbone for all of our projects. She is also a member of the US Green Buildings Council, Long Island chapter.

Justin Green
Mr. Green is a partner in BKR. He has been involved in real estate and construction for 15 years. His experience includes planning, developing, managing, leasing, sales, and construction management. Mr. Green’s responsibilities include: Business development, administration, and finance. He works in tandem with Mr. O’Brien and Ms. Posillico on the “Process Management” of all projects. Mr. Green’s advice, knowledge of the industry, and his contacts has proven to be extremely valuable to BKR’s growth. Mr. Green holds a B.S. Degree in Mass Communications from Boston University and a degree from New York University in Real Estate Construction Management. He is a member of REBNY, YMREA & ICSC.
