Rodion “Rod” Kritsberg

Rodion “Rod” Kritsberg joined HaysVentures in 2009 to help oversee, expand and add value to the acquisition and investment & sales departments. Currently Mr. Kritsberg is the head of Hays Realty Service, a full service real estate brokerage organization and exclusive broker of Hays Development. As head of Hays Realty Services Mr. Kritsberg is responsible overseeing all real estate brokerage services performed by HaysVentures and for sourcing all acquisition opportunities for Hays Development. Mr. Kritsberg brings with him a wealth of knowledge, experience, and contacts accumulated during his six year career in the real estate industry. Mr. Kritsberg has built and nurtured his substantial client base one relationship at a time and has become well known within niche real estate circles.

Prior to joining Hays, Mr. Kritsberg's early success and growing book of clientele prompted him to open his own real estate company. The Kritsberg Property Group specializing in commercial real estate investment, property acquisition, sales brokerage, and asset management was a successful endeavor, but when presented with the chance to move his operations under the Hays umbrella, Mr. Kritsberg took the unique opportunity to expand his operations with the strong backing of the Hays balance sheet, access to capital, and deep-rooted industry relationships.

Mr. Kritsberg began his career in real estate at a boutique residential real estate firm in downtown Manhattan where he quickly saw an opportunity to expand the firm's focus into commercial real estate. He turned his focus on leasing and selling commercial properties, and within two years he was promoted to associate broker before becoming head of the new commercial real estate department, thereafter handling all of the firm's commercial brokerage deals.

Mr. Kritsberg was born in Kiev, Ukraine and is fluent in Russian. He earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Baruch College.
