Patricia Mitchell Posillico

Patricia is a member of the investment sales team at HaysVentures, working to find off market opportunities for our investment clients and developers. Additionally, she is a partner in BKR Management Group, which is our construction management sister organization. Patricia's responsibilities with BKR include finance, subcontractor scheduling and the "Process Management" of all projects. Formerly, she represented WCS Lending, a national mortgage banker providing both residential and commercial financing in multiple states. Many of the relationships that Patricia has for her work with HaysVentures comes from her referral based mortgage business, originating jumbo loans for the clients of attorneys, accountants and financial planners that refer their trust in her ability to delivery. She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Hartford in Corporate Communications, which is why Patricia naturally provides an organizational backbone for projects. She is also a member of the US Green Buildings Council, Long Island chapter and a supporter of New York Animal Care and Control as well as Family Service League.
