David O'Brien

Mr. O'Brien is a managing partner of BKR Management Group and manages several project managers and superintends currently employed by BKR Management Group. Mr. O'Brien sees to it that the field operations of BKR are appropriately staffed and managed. BKR's field operation is the critical component to ensuring that projects are completed within the designated time frame and within the agreed upon budget set out in the pre-construction process.

Additionally, Mr. O'Brien oversees BKR's estimating department, reviews all job contracts, budgets, schedules, and monitors all of the daily job reports from the project supers. Mr. O'Brien regularly visits each job site. During the pre-construction and construction phase, owner's deal directly with Mr. O'Brien, who is always available to be reached by our clients. Mr. O'Brien holds a double major Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English: Suma Cum Laude, from Hofstra University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management: Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Phoenix.
