Dan Panitz

Daniel T. Panitz, III, has been with HaysVentures since 2006 and currently serves as a Managing Partner for the company’s product development division, Hays 53. Mr. Panitz' primary role is to create and manage strategic partnerships, and has successfully generated joint ventures opportunities in the areas of digital signage, entertainment, nutrition, product merchandise and real estate development.

From 2009 to the current date, along with his partners, he has successfully executed partnership, management and consulting agreements with companies such as Acadia Realty Trust, Hudson Properties Development Company, Nutrition 53, Rescue Ink Animal Rescue and X Factor Digital Signage.

From 2007 to 2009 he focused on carrying out HaysVentures objectives and initiatives. He had concentrated primarily on real estate acquisition, brokerage, capital raising, development and leasing. He had participated in number of real estate development or acquisition projects and had worked directly with some of the nations and New York City’s largest real estate corporations and capital investors. On a brokerage level, he had created strong working relations with national retailers, development companies, private corporations and community resources.

From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Panitz owned and operated a real estate investment and management company that concentrated on the acquisition of medical office space and residential properties located in New York's outer boroughs and South Florida.

Raised in Queens, New York, Mr. Panitz is a proud Holy Cross Knight, attending his undergraduate studies and receiving a full football scholarship at Morehead State University. He received a Masters Degree from the Graduate Faculty at the New School for Social Research. His passions outside the business arena include his Faith, his Family and coaching High School Football at Kellenberg Memorial High School.
