CEO and Managing Partner
Mr. Green is the CEO and Managing Partner of HaysVentures LLC ("Hays") and companies. Mr. Green comes from a 3rd generation real estate development and investment family dating back to the 1940's and has been involved in real estate for over 15 years with experience in planning, developing, managing, leasing and sales.
Prior to forming Hays in 2003, Mr. Green worked for Cushman & Wakefield, representing companies ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to small boutique operations. Some of Mr. Green's current and past clients include: Faded Glory Capital, The Lincoln Property Company, Dunkin Donuts / Allied Domecq, CBS/VIACOM, Revlon, Pfizer, Greater New York Hospital Association, Enterprise Asset Management, P/A Associates, Acadia Realty Trust, Titan Capital Group and Alvin Ailey Dance Company.
Since founding Hays, Mr. Green has helped clients create development opportunities, identify and secure potential joint venture partners for both real estate and non-real estate opportunities. Today, Hays has transitioned into an umbrella company under which various opportunistic investment strategies and services continue to be conceived.
In 2001, Mr. Green was the recipient of Cushman & Wakefield's Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award for helping Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater locate and develop its new $54 million dollar state-of-the-art world headquarters building located in Manhattan
Today, Mr. Green sits on the boards of REX/UJA Federation of New York, Safe Space NYC, The Rescue Ink Foundation and the Randall's Island Sports Foundation. In September 2007, Mr. Green was named "Man of the Year" by Wyckoff Heights Medical Center at the 62nd Annual Harvest Moon Ball at Steiner Studios for his charitable service in building hope for the children and families of New York City and was honored by the Starlight Children's Foundation for this charitable service.
Mr. Green holds a B.S. in Mass Communications from Boston University and has a degree from New York University in Real Estate Construction Management. He is a member of REBNY, YMWREA & ICSC.
